Check in was excellent with free valet parking. Staff were also excellent. Unfortunately there was dirt coming out of the tap with the water. Overall a good stay aside from that.

The Pullman staff struggled to check us in and out. We waited a long time especially to check out as they fumbled around with our booking which made us late for a dinner reservation. They accidentally double charged us and a staff member let himself into the room during our stay, not realising we were in there. I was caught in a towel. Cleanliness was definitely an issue and the whole hotel could use a reno. I wanted to have a bath but it’s not a bath I would have gotten in.
