Giveaway Rules - January 2026
1. General
The DAYUSE Company (“Dayuse” or “the Company”), with a head office at 4/6 boulevard Poissonnière, 75009, Paris, on behalf of itself is organizing a lottery without purchase obligation (hereinafter "the Giveaway") in the United Kingdom from January 14 2026 to February 10 2026.
The Giveway is organised in collaboration with The Sauce Magazine (hereinafter the “Partner”).
The purpose of these rules (hereinafter referred to as "the Rules") is to govern the conditions and organization of the Giveaway.
The Giveaway will be announced on a publication posted online on the Instagram account of Dayuse, https://www.instagram.com/dayuse_uk/ in collaboration with The Partner Instagram account, https://www.instagram.com/sauce_mag/.
Although the Giveaway involves the use of Instagram, this Giveaway is in no way organized, managed in whole or in part, or sponsored in any way by Instagram.
2. Participants
This Giveaway is open to any individual, of age 18 or over as of January 14 2026 and residing in the United Kingdom. Participation in the Giveaway is conditional on having Internet access, a valid e-mail address and a valid Instagram account, and being domiciled in the United Kingdom (hereinafter the "Participants").
Employees of the Company and its subsidiaries are excluded from the Giveaway, and their families.
The Participation to the Giveaway implies acceptance, without reservation or restriction, of these Rules in their entirety, as well as of the laws and regulations applicable. Failure by Participants to comply with these conditions will result in the cancellation of their participation and, where applicable, their liability.
Only participations that comply with all the conditions set out in these Rules will be accepted
The Company reserves the right to ask any Participant to provide proof of the above conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to provide proof will be excluded from the Giveaway and, if they win, will not be entitled to their prize.
3. Terms and conditions of participation
To take part to the Giveaway, the Participant must:
- Follow on Instagram @dayuse_uk (https://www.instagram.com/dayuse_uk/) and @sauce_mag (https://www.instagram.com/sauce_mag/) ;
- Like the post published by Dayuse and The Sauce Magazine ;
- Tag 3 friends on the comment of this post.
Participants may not use the Giveaway for purposes that are contrary to the interests and image of the Giveaway or the Company.
Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and is not subject to any purchase obligation. No financial consideration or expense in any form whatsoever will be claimed from Participants for participation in the Giveaway.
Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, contains false information, does not comply with the Rules or is received after the date of the Giveaway will be considered null and void and will result in the participant's elimination.
The use of robots or any other similar processes to improve the capabilities/results of the options offered by the site, whether mechanically or otherwise, is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the disqualification of the entrant for the entire duration of the Giveaway.
The Company shall not be held liable in the event of participation not being received correctly, for whatever reason.
4. Prize
The prize (hereinafter "the Prize") awarded to the winner of the Giveaway (hereinafter "the Winner") after the random draw (as detailed in article 5) is as follows:
One Dayuse Gift Card worth two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) to use on Dayuse platform, website dayuse.co.uk or app, to book a hotel room for a day in one of Dayuse’s hotel partners.
The Dayuse Gift Card can be used in accordance with the following terms and conditions : https://www.dayuse.co.uk/pages/dayuse/terms-privacy.
The Dayuse Gift Card may only be used at participating hotels that accept Gift Cards as a method of payment.
The photographs or any other visuals of the Prizes used in the Giveaway's presentation materials have no contractual value with regard to the characteristics of the Prizes ultimately awarded.
5. Designation of the Winner
The Giveaway will close on February 10th 2026 at 11:59 a.m., the Winner eligible for the Prize will be designated by random draw from February 10th 2026. The draw will be made among the Participants whose participations comply with these Rules.
The status of Winner is subject to the validity of the Participant's participation and to the conditions defined in Article 2 and Article 3. An invalid participation will render the Winner's participation null and void and therefore disqualify him/her.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a Winner in the event of suspected cheating or use of an automated robot.
6. Receipt of the Prizes
The Winner will be contacted by the Company by private message on Instagram from February 10th 2026, on the account used to participate in the Giveaway. Under no circumstances may the Company be held liable for the time taken to make the Prize available
All the information relating to the use of his/her Prize will then be given to him/her. The Dayuse Gift Card will be delivered to the email address communicated by the Winner.
The Company may not be held liable in the event that the Winner does not receive the message or in the event that his/her account has been deactivated, deleted or suspended prior to the message being sent to the Winner. Dayuse or the Partner company are not responsible for delivery times or any delays in delivery.

The Prize may not be contested in any way whatsoever by the Winner. Under no circumstances may it be the subject of a cash refund or any other consideration of any kind whatsoever.
The Prize awarded is non-transferable and may not be sold. The Prize shall not be eligible to any exchange or remittance of its equivalent value, whether total or partial, in kind or in cash.
In the event of force majeure or a fortuitous event, the Company reserves the right to replace the Prize in whole or in part, with another of equivalent value, without this giving rise to any claim whatsoever.
The Company will not provide any service or guarantee relating to the enjoyment of the Prize, which will consist solely of the delivery of the Prize provided for the Giveaway. All costs relating to or necessary for the enjoyment of the Prize, not already included in the Prize, shall be borne by the Winners, in particular transport or travel costs to the destination and the cost of any additional services requested from the hotel. No reimbursement or assumption of responsibility by the Company is due for any additional costs.
7. Liability and limitations
If one or more provisions of these rules are declared invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
The Company shall not be held liable in the event of a malfunction of the internet or social networks involved, preventing access to the Giveaway or its smooth running. The Company may not be held liable for any external malicious acts.
In the event that the Company is unable to allow a Winner to benefit from his/her Prize, in whole or in part, in particular in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control or of any error during the draw, or if circumstances so require, the Company may not be held liable as a result.
The Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify or cancel this Giveaway, if circumstances beyond its control force it to do so or in the event of force majeure. The Company reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Giveaway if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by means of a computer system in the context of participation in the Giveaway or by means of an automatic system designed to modify participation and/or the results of the Giveaway. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award the Prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
The acceptance and use of the Prize by the Winner is under his/her sole and entire responsibility. Consequently, the Winner waives any action or claim against the Company and the hotel partner with a view to obtain any financial compensation or compensation based on any prejudice caused by the acceptance and/or use of the Prize.
In any event, the Company may not be held liable for any incident and/or accident that may occur during the enjoyment of the Prize awarded or during the stay at the hotel and/or as a result of their improper use by the Winners.

8. Disputes
Subject to the provisions relating to applicable laws, these regulations are subject to French law.
Any disputes relating to the Giveaway must be sent in writing by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, no later than thirty (30) days after the closing date for participation in the Giveaway as mentioned in these rules, to the Company :

Prior to any legal action relating to these Rules and their application, Participants undertake to make an amicable and informal appeal to the Company.
In the event of persistent disagreement, any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
9. Personal data
The winner is reminded that in order to receive the Prizes, they must provide certain personal information about themselves (name, first name, email address, telephone number).
The information requested from Winner is essential for sending the Prizes. This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary for the draw and for awarding and sending the Prize. This information is intended for the Company and may be transmitted to its technical service providers for the purposes of organizing the Giveaway.
The personal data collected on a Winner when a Prize is awarded is subject to Data protection regulation a. It is kept for a period equal to that of the contractual relationship and the duration of the Giveaway, unless specific legal provisions state otherwise. In application of these regulations, the Winner has the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, erase data concerning them, and if necessary after verification of their identity.

The Winner who exercises his/her right to object before his/her Prize has been sent will not be entitled to any compensation.
